My machine shop utilizes relatively small machines that I have paired with a large assortment of work holding solutions so that I can specialize in prototyping and short run products. By keeping production runs short, I have the opportunity to work with fellow operators to make specialty components that simply wouldn't be economical to produce in a large shop on heavy production machines.
